2011 is the year of UltraViolet and will see a revolutionary change in digital content ownership.  InstaDigital is a one stop solution designed to help make this huge change as easy as possible for the Retailers and Content Providers.

UltraViolet will enable consumers to purchase an UltraViolet branded Movie/TV Show once (whether on Blu-ray, DVD or Internet Download) and gain a digital copy of the Movie in an online UltraViolet account which they (and up to five other members of their Household) can access and choose to stream to any capable device or download to one of their twelve registered devices. It is an online vault of all their purchased Movies and TV Shows.

But before UltraViolet goes live there will be many changes of process and technology for Content Providers and Retailers alike. Content Providers will need to be able to package their digital content as per UltraViolet specifications and will need to be able to control the distribution of these packages to new and existing retailers, new download service providers and new streaming providers.

Retailers will need to be able to provide an online portal for consumers to log onto that will allow them to redeem their UltraViolet codes to register the digital copy of their Movie or TV Show with their Household Account. Retailers must then also provide the means for that consumer to be able to download that content to their registered devices whenever they wish.

InstaDigital is a one stop solution allowing Content Providers to easily package their UltraViolet content and distribute it and allowing Retailers to brand whitelabeled UltraViolet portals that allow consumers to access their UltraViolet accounts and allow consumers to download and stream their content to their devices.
